Safety

Outdoor activity is risky. Arête's maps, routes, identifications and conditions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for your own decisions: check official sources, weather and closures, carry appropriate equipment, and never rely on Arête as an emergency service. Identifications from photos are suggestions only; never eat, touch or use a plant or mushroom medicinally based on them.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account. You keep ownership of content you submit and give us the licence needed to show it as you choose. Don't post unlawful, misleading, abusive or dangerous content; we may remove it.
